How to Brush   |    How to Floss

About 18 inches of floss wrapped around your fingers will do the trick.

Use your thumbs and forefingers to keep the floss tight - insert it between the teeth.

Floss the inside surface of your front teeth.

Curve the floss around the side of each tooth. Rub very gently up and down.

All of your teeth need to be flossed, including your back teeth.
